Privacy Policy

Pierce Ginzberg ("Pierce," "I," "me," or "my") operates internetpierce.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what the Site collects, how I use it, and what choices you have. It covers the Site only. If you become a client of Electrik Kettle, that engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, not by this page.

1. Information I Collect

Information you submit. If you use the contact form, I collect what you type into it: your name, email address, and message, plus your company name and the service you're interested in if you choose to add them. The Site has no account, no login, and no payments.

Information collected automatically. Like any hosted website, the Site's host (Vercel) logs standard technical information on each visit: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. That is server-level logging for security and reliability, not behavioral tracking.

Analytics. The Site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site tracking. It sets no cookies of its own.

2. How I Use Your Information

Contact form submissions have one purpose: answering you, and scoping work if the conversation goes that way. I don't add you to a mailing list without asking, and I never rent, sell, or trade your information.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

A short list of services keeps the Site running:

• Formspree processes contact form submissions and may set minimal technical cookies for spam filtering. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the Site and handles the server logging described above.
• Google Workspace hosts the inbox that receives form submissions.
• Google Fonts serves the Site's typefaces, which means your browser requests those font files from Google and Google sees your IP address in that request. See Google's privacy policy.

I share your information with nobody else, except where the law requires it.

4. Third-Party Links

The Site links out to Electrik Kettle, Detrás Co., social profiles, and a scheduling page. Those sites keep their own privacy practices, which I don't control and this policy doesn't cover. Read theirs before you hand them anything.

5. Data Security

I take reasonable steps to protect what you send through the Site. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so I can't promise absolute security, and you submit at your own risk.

6. Data Retention

I keep contact form submissions as long as I reasonably need them to answer you and, if you become a client, for the life of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for my own records. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

7. Your Choices

Email pierce@electrikkettle.com to see, correct, or delete what I hold about you. I honor reasonable requests promptly. Since the Site runs no analytics or ad tracking, there is nothing else to opt out of.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is built for adults doing business and isn't directed at children. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child sent me something, email pierce@electrikkettle.com and I'll delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy as the Site changes. The date at the top shows the most recent revision. Using the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
